Warning!
There are many scammers who will trick you into giving them your hard-earned cash.
They employ high-pressure sales techniques like calling you every day.
To avoid this, please do your own research before you decide what firm to invest with.
You can do this by checking the reviews and ratings independent 3rd party consumer protection agencies give them.
To discover which investment firm consumers rate the highest… who won’t bother you with pushy sales calls… and who you can trust to protect and grow your wealth… then take a look at the #1 Recommended Gold & Silver IRA Dealer on our top-5 list (works with ALL major custodians).

Precious Metals IRAs?
Yes, AAA offer their clients gold & silver IRA services.
The fees
There is no info on the AAA website on what fees you are going to have to pay for opening a new IRA with them.
The custodians
Also, there is a whole section about “custodians” on their website, however, no info at all about what particular custodian, or custodians AAA offer their clients who want to open a gold & silver IRA??
Important to mention: Please make sure to ALWAYS know exactly what fees you are going to have to pay before you move forward with anything. There are so many nightmare horror stories of retirees getting “surprised” with so-called hidden fees they had no idea about before it was to late. This can end up being a very expensive experience unless you are careful.

American Alternative Assets Reviews
As always in our reviews we always look at what the most well-known and trusted, independent third-party consumer protection agencies got to say. This is almost always a good indicator on where a company stands when it comes to the quality of their services and products. Below are the results for AAA:
BBB (Better Business Bureau)
Rating: a+ (from 16 reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
Trustpilot
Rating: (4.3 / 5) (from 15 reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
BCA (Business Consumer Alliance)
Rating: A (based on 0 ZERO?? reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
Trustlink:
Rating: N/A
Yelp
Rating: N/A
Conclusion from these ratings:
They got around 15 reviews and testimonials from both BBB and Trustpilot, then there is nothing to be found from the other 3 out of the “big 5” consumer watchdog sites. Or well, we found an A rating from BCA but from 0 reviews… Not sure how that works either… If you got an explanation to that then please share it in the comment section below this post.
Anyway, there is not that many reviews when you compare with the most well-known and trusted gold IRA companies out there, to be fair they have been in business for a longer time though. The question is how long time have AAA actually been in business, they claim since 2016 but we have never seen them before, and we are pretty deep into this industry… Did they change name or what´s going on?
Is American Alternative Assets a Scam?
So, are there any red flags about this company that you might want to have in mind?
Personally, I have to say that I find it weird that this company first of all seems to have popped up out of nowhere, because have not seen this company anywere until recently. They claim to have been in business since 2016… They are BBB acredited since 2021… What´s going on?
So, is American Alternative Assets a scam? No, of course not, at least we do not think so. They got a real physical address and real owners and also some happy clients it seems.
However, if they are your best alternative out there is a whole other story. Personally, I would say no to that question.
Are there better alternatives?
Yes, I would say that there are at least a handful of better alternatives out there. The absolute best one I can recommend is Augusta, they might not be the biggest or the lowes fees, however, they clearly are the most transaparent and that is a big plus, at least in my book.

Final words & Verdict
Verdict: Legit
Overall rating: (3 / 5)
Ok, I think this sums up the overall view of this company pretty good at the moment. I would say it´s a legit company that could have some potential but at the moment I would rather stick to more established firms as I do not see any reason to choose this one over any of them.
Again, think it is very weird that this company came out of nowhere and all of a sudden got a decent amount of reviews already. How did that happen? Am not saying there is anything “fishy” going on here but personally I would be very careful at least, and I would (most likely) head over and check with more established firms first before I make any decisions…
