It´s not even close to reach my top-5 list of gold IRA companies, but, Eagle Capital might have a good chance of getting into the top-5 in the future, but for now I will show why I simply cannot recommend them at the moment.
You shouldn´t take my (or anyone else) word for it though, obviously you should always make your own decisions and come to your own conclusions.

Eagles Capital Review (an overview)
Eagles Capital (EC) is a precious metals dealer that was founded in 2023 by it´s CEO Kfir Israel Cohen. The company helps retirees and gold investors, either through a precious metals IRA or through cash purchases.
The business is BBB accredited and is endorsed by the TV Anchor and Radio Host Greg Kelly.
The slogan of the company, or what make them stand out seem to be that they claim to be “one of the few companies that track the key economic indicators that impact your retirement”
They offer only gold & silver, not metals like platinum and palladium for example.
Overall, they look like they might be a good alternative for those seeking to diversify their retirement savings, however, they are still very new in the industry (founded last year 2023) and that can be a minus in my opinion.

In short, with this company you can invest in gold and silver in the form of different coins, bars and also in (IRA approved) goldbacks. Either through cash purchases, or in a precious metals IRA.

Gold IRA
The gold IRA service looks in my opinion to be one of their main services of Eagle Capital and what they focus on the most.
A gold IRA is just like a traditional IRA, only that you hold physical gold and/or silver in it instead of paper assets. It also provides you with the same tax advantages as any traditional IRA but, as you might already understand, acts more as a hedge against inflation, as it holds gold & silver.
Eagle Capital offers a wide variety of IRA-approved gold and silver in different forms of coins and bars, even in goldbacks.
Cash Purchases?
Yes, or at least I assume that cash purchases are available on the Eagles Capital website, not because there is much info about it and how it works but because I see that they offer insured shipping to you… and as you cannot store a gold IRA at home I assume that cash purchases are avaialble with this company.
Storage and delivery (small overview)
Again, there is no info about this on their website. I only found a text that the you can choose the depositoryof your chooice… However, what do you have to choose from? There is no info about this…
Buyback program
Again… There is no info about this on their website.
Customer Service
You can contact Eagles Capital by either filling out the form they got on their website, or by calling or e-mailing them directly. There is no live-chat function on their website, not even on business hours and that is another minus, at least in my book.
How to buy a Gold IRA with Eagles Capital (in 4-steps)
The process is according to their website simple and as follows:
1: You contact them
On their website you are encouraged to call them to talk about your needs with one of their representatives
2: You fund your account
They will walk you through how to fund your account after you have signed your gold IRA agreement
3: Select your metals
The team of Eagle Capital will help you choose what metals to have in your retirement account
4: Enjoy your secure storage
Eagles Capital claims to use a safe and secure professional custodian for Precious Metals IRAs
What about the Fees?
This is something you do not want to take lightly on, you need to ALWAYS make sure that you know exactly what fees you are going to have to pay before you sign or move forward with anything. Again, there is no info at all about the fees on the Eagle Capital website, just like there is no info on what custodians they are partnered with, or what depositories you got to choose from…
Important:
Again, I cannot stress enough the important of this. There are so many horror stories online of people who have been ripped off with so-called hidden fees, that they had no idea they would have to pay until they had to pay them. So PLEASE make sure that you ALWAYS know exactly what fees you are going to have to pay. DO not sign anything and do not move forward with anything until you know this. What you want from a company is 100% transparency and if you not get that I would strongly recommend that you move on to research another company that give you that level of transparency.

Eagles Capital PROs & CONs
It´s always a good idea to look at both the positives as well as the negatives of something to get a better overall view, right? As always in my reviews I provide you with both sides of the spectrum:

- Wide variety of gold & silver coins + goldbacks
- Overall mostly positive (but very few) reviews
CONs
- No info on their website about fees, custodians, depository, etc
- Still very new in the industry
- Not that many reviews yet to be found on the most well-known and independent third-party consumer protection agencies

Is Eagles Capital a Scam?
So, is Eagles Capital a scam or is it a legit dealer? At the momnent I cannot recommend them, I personally cannot say one or the other for sure, eventhough I think it´s legit I simply cannot trust it as it lacks so much info on their website. Yes I know, I could call them and ask, right? But guess what, I do not want to call to ask about every small little details, if I call I want to ask other questions than ones that should be already answered on their website. Basically all of the top gold & silver IRA companies provides basic info like custodians, depository, fees, etc on their websites so why doesn´t Eagles Capital do that? My advice for them, if they want to compete with the top companies in this industry would be to be a bit more transparent on their website.
It´s up to you of course if you want to call them and ask about every small detail, I would have asked them if they had a live-chat on their website but they didn´t have that either… I won´t bother to call them though as I know how it usually goes, after that you might get a few calls from their sales team… Or maybe not, however, that´s not the point, the point is that I miss a lot of info on their site that I think should be there.
I would absolutely understand if many wouldn´t bother to ask all those questions to Eagles Capital and instead turn to the more transparent companies.
I would do the same.

Yes, I do think that Eagles Capital is a legit precious metals dealer, however, at the moment I cannot recommend them as I think they look pretty average, or actually even a bit below average compared to the many gold & silver IRA dealers out there. My main concern with this company is the lack of transparency.
That, together with the fact that they are just a baby in the industry (founded last year 2023) doesn´t really impress, in my humble opinion.
At the moment they are not even close to the leading top companies in the industry, at least not for now. This might change in the future though. I try to update these reviews as soon as something new comes up on every company reviewed on this site.
Most important:
First of all, you are a wise person, you clearly understand the importance of doing your own research and to review companies. Please ALWAYS keep in mind that you need to make sure exactly what fees you are going to have to pay also with each company you research.
You are a smart person, so am absolutely sure that you will find the right company for you to do business with and one that suits your particular needs needs the best
