Ok, with that being said, let´s continue with the review on Agape Diamonds.
What is Agape Diamonds about?
Agape Diamonds is a pretty new jewelry dealer in the game, as it was founded in 2007 (not long time in this industry), they offer its customers synthetic and simulated Diamonds, that basically are lab grown, and created diamonds.
How does it work?
Their website works pretty much the same as any other online diamond dealer site, where you simply browse around for your desired items, place an order and that´s it.
In short, it works the same as any other online diamond retailer site.
The products and services
The products and services offered to you from Agape are as follow (see below):
- Engagement rings
- Earrings
- Pendants
- Bracelets
- Loose Stones (Synthetic, simulated, natural)
Can you get home delivery?
Yes, you can. Below are the exact words from their website on the shipping topic:
Shipping in the U.S
All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with signature confirmation. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE! Expedited Shipping via USPS, UPS and Fedex is also available. If you need your order expedited, please select a different shipping option during checkout!
International Shipping
International shipping rates to most countries are provided during checkout. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE! Please note that your country may impose customs and import duties or taxes that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost you paid for your merchandise and shipping. If you have any questions regarding import duty taxes you should contact your country’s customs and tax authorities for clarification before ordering.
Do they have GIA certificates?
Are Agape GIA certificated?
Yes, the diamonds come with either GCAL or GIA certifications.
How good is their support?
Something I always put a lot of weight on when it comes to the quality of a company’s support system is if they got a live chat function or not.
Does Agape have this? No, they don´t, and that is a minus (at least in my book).
They do have the e-mail and phone support for you tot urn with your question.
Is Agape Diamonds a scam?
So, is Agape Diamonds a scam? No, of course not, it got real owners and a real physical address. They would probably not have survived (even if it isn´t that long time) since 2007 if they weren’t legit, right?
However, if it is a good alternative for you or not is another question, and that leads us to the:
Other online reviews and ratings
It is always wise to look at what the most well-known and trusted review and rating sites, and what the real customers of the particular company you are interested in have to say.
As always in our reviews we provide you with the results to make this job easier for you:
BBB
Rating: Accredited by the BBB (9 complaints) click here for details (opens in new window)
Trustpilot
Rating: N/A
Pissed Consumer
Rating: (3.5 / 5) (out of 43 reviews) click here to read them all (opens in new window)
The conclusion from this:
We.., as you clearly can see above the online reviews and ratings are not that impressive, in fact they are under average, and there is not even any info at all on the Trustpilot site.

The pros and con
Another thing that is always wise to do before making any kind of decision is to compare the particular company that you are interested in and compare its positive sides against the negatives, to get a better overall view. As always in our reviews we provide you with some clear points on both sides of the spectrum:
The good
- Wide selection of jewelry
The bad
- More than “just a few” complaints online
- No live chat function
- Not GIA certificated
- Only been in business since 2007
Are there better alternatives out there?
Well, I have to say yes on that, in my opinion, there are more than one that I would recommend over Agape to put it in that way. The absolute best recommendation I can make is Asteria Diamonds, as they offer the whole package, got 5 out of 5-star ratings and even owns their own diamond supply completely (!).

Final words and verdict
Verdict: Legit (but not recommended)
Overall rating: (3.5 / 5)
Ok, I think that sums up the overall view of this company pretty good. It is a legit one, however, the complaint online is there for anyone to see and I simply cannot recommend Agape as there are other alternatives out there that got way ratings and reviews, and also other benefits mentioned above.
As always the decision is up to you to make.
You are a smart person, am sure that you will find the right company that fits your needs the best!

You blog is not correct. Agape Diamonds is accredited by the BBB. Also the diamonds do come with certifications. Either GCAL or GIA certifications.
Please update your listing
Thank you for the info,
have updated now!
/Best
You state you can’t recommend them but they have over 5000 reviews on site jabber and shopper approved, over 2000 reviews on Ebay and over 500 reviews on google. In addition they have over 700 on our reviews today . So why are you posting that they have bad reviews on 2 sites when they have far more positive than negative?? seams bias
First of all, thank you for your comment.
As stated in the review I focus on the most well-known and trused 3rd party consumer protection sites, and as clearly stated in the reciew they got (at the time we wrote it) 9 complaints on BBB for example, the one who might be considered as the biggest and most well-known of them all.
Thank you again for your comment.
