In addition to all that, you are expected to provide proper billing information at all times. The failure to do so will lead to the transaction being canceled.
American Heritage Bullion Shipping Policy
If you are thinking about purchasing precious metals from this company, then the shipping policy is equally important to know about. Here are some of the main things that you should take note of with regards to shipping:
- Shipping is usually done through USPS, UPS, and FedEx upon the completion and verification of the payment transaction.
- Items typically ship within three to five days after one places their order.
- All items that cost more than $1000 are usually sent using secured delivery, in a bid to prevent fraud. In this case, you will have to submit your signature, a photo, and other details as per the shipping company’s policies.
- The presale items are usually shipped around the date provided right after the purchase is made (This date is usually indicated on top of the item page in red).
Is American Heritage Bullion Legit & Genuine?
Yes. I think this company is genuine. With an accumulated experience of more than 30 years in the field of numismatics, it is hard to doubt their genuineness. It also has a rating of (3.5/5) stars on Trustpilot, where 65% of those who have reviewed their services think that they are excellent. It is easy to pick the fact that American Heritage Bullion has made its clients happy with excellent customer service and fast shipping. There are however some complaints about customers not receiving the products they ordered, which can be quite frustrating. American Heritage Bullion has done a good job at streamlining its operations, though the overall rating of (3.5/5 stars) is still some points below some of the high rating companies.
Buying and holding precious metals can be quite risky from a security and financial perspective. I would recommend that you try investing in precious metals through a Gold IRA. With these, the security of your precious metals will be guaranteed, and you will receive tax benefits from the IRA.

Final words and verdict:
Verdict: Legit (but not recommended)
Overall rating : (2.5 / 5)
American Heritage Bullion has managed to structure its operations in such a way that it offers fast shipping and reliable customer service. It, unfortunately, has low consumer ratings, and this can be quite the warning sign for anyone to keep off. If you are, however, still interested in investing in gold, then you might want to have a look at what my number one recommended approach is.

Your friend,
Eric.
Thank you for this review! One thing that is a bih nono for me is that they have to much things they offer, like jewelry, watches, etc… Feels to much like a chinese restaurant that have a menue the size of a book if you know what i mean. Was a bit interested in them but as you mention I also know it is good to do your own research, that is when I found your site. Looked on your top-5 list and going to go through them instead.
/All the best
First of ll, thank you for your comment!
Yes understand what you mean and agree on that also, it is a good point actually.
Hope you will find a suitable company to do business with from our top 5 list, all of them are great alternatives but they do have different benefits depending on what you are looking for. Also, obviously do your own research aswell.
Thank you again for your comment!

This company is not trustworthy NOR good. How can you have good service and not deliver product. I placed order in June for roll of silver eagles only to get excuse after excuse. they gladly refunded my money cause silver prices go up and they lie! I certainly hope others read this prior to being disappointed like me!
First of all, thank you for your comment!

Interesting opinion you have about them, could you elaborate a bit more on that? It might be helpful for others to read what you have to say?
Thank you again,

I had ordered 3 silver American Eagles back on August 6th, 2020, and have never received them. About a month ago I requested that this order be cancelled and send me my money back. I called three times before someone actually cancelled the order. I did receive an email confirmation of this on November 9th. At this time, I have not received my refund. I have made 3 calls, after the order was cancelled, and no action has been taken, on sending me my refund. I have also informed Better Business Bureau of the situation, and they have had no response from your company. Why do you see it that rude, that you can’t pay back my $112.74 refund!
