With that being said, let´s continue with the review on EmGoldex!
Intro
What is EmGoldex? Is it genuine? These questions form the fodder of what I will be discussing in this review. If you are in a position where you need to make a decision about working with EmGoldex, then I hope that this review will help you gain the much-needed clarity. The key points I will look into include:
– What is EmGoldex?
– How does it work?
– What does EmGoldex offer?
– Is it a genuine program?
– What are its main pros and cons?
What is EmGoldex?
EmGoldex is a pyramid Scheme Company that claims to be marketing gold to people. Scammers have adopted a trend in which they cover up their intentions by claiming that they are selling gold. Instead of focusing all their resources on the distribution of gold, there are companies that are investing heavily in multilevel marketing (pyramid scheme) activities. With EmGoldex, it is no different, since investors are mainly diverted into the recruitment process as opposed to being directed on the ways in which they can build their wealth.
EmGoldex is actually the former name used for the company that is currently known as Global Intergold. The little amount of gold that this company puts up for sale is sourced from Emirates Gold Exchange. EmGoldex was registered in Dubai, where its scope of service provision was quite limited. The company adopted the name Global Intergold in a bid to expand its operations to the entire world.
How does this company work?
If you want to benefit from EmGoldex, you are required to submit an order for the gold bars you want in order to begin investing. The initial investment that one is required to make is approximately 7000 Euros. Instead of going ahead and making a complete payment of all the gold bars as per what is in the invoice, EmGoldex requests that you make a prepayment or what is known as an initial investment. for those who are the basic level, the initial payment is as low as 540 Euros. If you choose to go with the level known as the Accelerated level, you end up paying 1050 Euros.
When you submit your prepayment, EmGoldex gives you a coupon. This coupon caters to the subscription fee required to create a custom-made EmGoldex website for you. The coupon also comes with an activation code for this company’s marketing program.
Upon the activation of the marketing program, you will move to the recruitment phase. Only those who have made it to this phase can receive payouts from EmGoldex. You are required to recruit at least two investors into this program for you to begin getting the cash benefits.
The two people that you recruit are also required to bring in two more people for them to begin earning. Active participation is the only guarantee that one will get any sort of payment.
What does this company offer?
Apart from the MLM scheme, EmGoldex also offers gold. Currently, this company’s activities are controlled in Seychelles, and it claims that its specialty is in the sale of gold. EmGoldex, however, does not have any discernable sales activities, and it is clear that it relies on the funds brought in by investors as the main source of revenue.
The returns that EmGoldex promises to those who invest through it mainly come from the recruitment of people into the MLM scheme.
There is barely any substantial incentive for the investors to distribute the gold bars EmGoldex is in possession of. This company promises to investors that the recruitment process will generate very high profits.
This company also offers training to its new members. This training, the owners of the company claim, are crucial in the enlightenment of the new recruits about its operations.
Is it a Scam or Legit and Genuine?
EmGoldex is an MLM business that has been already been declared a scam in nations such as the Philippines. That information is sufficient to send away anyone who is cautious about where they put their money into. The fact that this company claims to focus on the supply of gold but then proceeds to focus on the recruitment of new members is an actual indicator that they are conducting some fishy business.
In 2014, the Massachusetts Secretary of State also filed charges against this company’s branch in the USA, EmGoldec USA. As a prudent investor, you would probably not want to test the waters with such a company, owing to how shaky its credibility is at the moment.
Better alternatives?
There are MANY alternatives I would recommend as better ones, none of them are MLMs but rather real and serious gold investing companies, I have listed the top-rated ones on this website, but there is one that stands out from the crowd.
The #1 recommended company to purchase from I would say is one from our top 5 list
They got (by far) the highest ratings and pretty much flawless reputation and testimonials from investors, so if you haven´t already checked them out, make sure to do so if you are a serious precious metals investor.
Pros and cons
It might be wise to look at both the positive sides as well as the negative ones and compare them against each other, to get a better overall view, right? As always in our reviews we provide you with some clear points on both sides of the spectrum:
Pros
– None
Cons
– Negative online reviews
– Is Multilevel Marketing Scheme
– Has already been declared a scam in the USA, and the Philippines amongst other nations.
– Focus is placed on the recruitment process as opposed to the marketing of gold.
