Warning!
There are many scammers who will trick you into giving them your hard-earned cash.
They employ high-pressure sales techniques like calling you every day.
To avoid this, please do your own research before you decide what firm to invest with.
You can do this by checking the reviews and ratings independent 3rd party consumer protection agencies give them.
To discover which investment firm consumers rate the highest… who won’t bother you with pushy sales calls… and who you can trust to protect and grow your wealth… then take a look at the #1 Recommended Gold & Silver IRA Dealer on our top-5 list.
With that being said, let´s continue with the review on Midas Gold Group!
What is Midas Gold Group?
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, and founded in 2010, Midas Gold Group is a second-generation precious metals dealer. There is no information about who runs or owns this company. I could gather that Mr. Kenneth Russo Jr is a senior vice-president at Midas Gold Group. It’s also worth noting that this company is a member of the Professional Numismatist Guild (PNG).
Here’s the physical address of the company: 999 W Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6C 2W2, Canada
Now let’s discover precisely what Midas Gold Group has to offer!
What are the products and services offered?
Midas Gold Group offers precious metals to seasoned investors, coin collectors, and first-time buyers. It has a wide range of products to choose from silver, gold, palladium, platinum, and rhodium coins and bars. You will also find IRA-approved Gold as well as IRA approved silver among their products. That leads us to:
IRAs offered?
Yes, gold IRAs are available at midas gold group. The IRA custodians they work with are as follow:
- Equity Trust Company
- Kingdom Trust Company
- Strata Trust Company
- New Direction Trust Company
- GoldStar Trust Company

IRA fees?
Midas Gold Group works with different custodians and offers their users a comparative chart that includes the fees of the different custodians. This make it a bit confusing on what exact fees you are going to have to pay…
Important to mention here:
It is absolutely crucial that you know exactly what fees are associated before you sign any papers. There are so many stories online of people being ripped off when it comes to so-called hidden fees. The last thing you want is to get surprised with those, they can become quite costly, to say the least. What you want from a company is 100% transparency, so please keep that in mind.

Can you store with the Midas company?
Yes, you can store with Midas Gold Group, not directly with the company but with the help of them!
You can choose between:
- Storing precious metals in your home
- Storing gold in a secret location outside of your home
- Storing precious metals at your local bank or credit union
- Storing gold at a private depository
Here’s an excerpt from their website explaining this more:
We help you select your insured depository of choice for the secure storage of your gold. The most popular choices are the Delaware Depository and US Brink’s facilities. You may even qualify to store your physical IRA Gold in Canada or overseas.
Can you sell back to the company?
There is a whole page dedicated to selling back to Midas Gold Group!
To do that, you must agree to the terms of this company, deliver your gold, and finally get paid.
It’s important to know that not all precious metals are eligible to be bought by this company.
Can you get the precious metals delivered home?
Since this company is also a precious metals dealer, you can get the metals delivered home.
It ships to all American States. I looked through their website for shipping fees but didn’t find any.
Countries allowed?
The website also doesn’t include information about the countries Midas Gold Group allows.
Is Midas Gold Group a Scam?
So, is Midas Gold Group a scam? No, I do not think it is a scam, I think it is a legit company conducting legit business. However, if they are your best alternative out there is a whole other story. That leads us to the part in the review where we normally look at what the most well-known and trusted independent third-party consumer protection agencies have to say… In this case, not that much:

Final Words and Verdict
Verdict: Legit (but NOT recommended)
Overall rating: (2 / 5)
Okay, I think this sums up everything about Midas Gold Group. They have a decent-looking website with a lot of helpful information. But, they don’t have many reviews, and the fact that they don’t offer IRAs directly makes them fall behind compared to better competitors.

You confused Midas Gold Group with Midas Gold Corp. They are not one in the same. “Group” is a scam in Arizona, “Corp” is a legit mining company out of Canada.
First of all, thank you for your comment!
Hmm ok, can you please point out where in the review it have been confused? So we can get someone to update that text.
