I can not really tell if Orion Metal Exchange is a scam or not. The website lacks some info on the company such as who the owner is and how long they have been in business. They are not listed on the Better Business Bureau and it was very hard to find any reviews online of the company.
In this modern society where information is everything, it just feels a bit strange to do business with a company that you can’t find any data on.
Are there better alternatives out there?

Final words and verdict
Since there were many questions left unanswered I couldn’t make sense of Orion Metal Exchange. Even though the website is full of information and educational facts about precious metals it felt like there was something missing. In order to find out the prices and fees, you have to contact them. There is no transparency and that is a big warning sign for me as to whether or not a company is trustworthy or not.
If you feel like you want to give them a try I would suggest making a list of all the important criteria you have and them contact them to see if they can match up. If it feels good then go ahead and make a purchase if not, check out my number one recommended company in the link below!
