Important to mention (before we go into more details of this review)
We strongly recommend doing your research online before choosing a company to invest in. There are so many reviews online of clients being ripped off and scammed. So please investigate thoroughly and compare different alternatives before you make your decision.
One example: 99.9% of companies got “pushy” salespeople trying to stress you into acting fast.
Here is the thing, the #1 Recommended Gold & Silver IRA Dealer on our top-5 list got No-salesy representatives… So they won´t bother or terrorize you with phone calls.
You are a smart person, so I am sure that you understand the benefits of dealing with such a company instead, right?
+They got a couple more benefits you might appreciate as much as I do. You will understand yourself once you have visited the page (link) above.

With that being said, let´s continue with the review on U.S. Money Reserve!
Intro
Many people like to invest in precious metals in coins, bars, and other products available in the market. It is the best way to secure investment because the value of precious metals increases over time. It means that investments will be turned into profit. There are various dealers available online who are no doubt providing good services. In this situation, you have to select the one that can meet your demands in the best way as that is the only way you can have the surety that you got the best services. Today we have the complete review of the U.S. Money Reserve for you to help you understand whether it can meet your demands perfectly or not.
What is U.S. Money Reserve?
The U.S. Money Reserve is one of the leading coins dealers in the industry. They have coins and bars available in different types of precious metals that will allow you to select the one you are most comfortable with. Another service that you can get from the company is the bullion dealership.
This means you will get the complete package of services you have been looking for to increase the amount of your investment and assure that you can generate some profit in the long run. However, you have to check the market value of the precious metal before investing with U.S. Money Reserve. The reason is that the company will not take responsibility for the change in the market value of the precious metals.
If the value is reducing, you will get the money according to the market value. They have different packages available when it comes to buying coins. You can select the one that fits you according to your budget and assure that you can manage the profitability accordingly.
U.S. Money Reserve has been in the market for many years, and they understand the changes in the value of precious metals, so assure that you consult experts before making any decisions.
How does it work?
The working process of the U.S. Money Reserve is very simple. You will have to follow no confusing steps to get your coins or bars. You have to place your order according to your demands and mention the address where you want the products to be delivered.
They will safely deliver the products to your doorstep to ensure that you will not have to deal with any issues. However, you will have different selling options available when selling precious metals. It is up to you whether you can sell the precious metal to any retailer you want or finalize the deal with U.S. Money Reserve and sell them back the metals you have brought.
Important to mention: There are complaints online about that U.S. Money reserve refuses to buy back (read more about it further down in this review)
Products and services offered.
There are coins and bars of different precious metals available at the U.S. Money Reserve.
Some of the important coins you can get are silver, gold, and platinum.
U.S Money Reserve IRAs
They have IRA services offered to allow you to invest in your retirement plan. You can easily invest in as many coins as you like overtime to assure that you can have enough savings after your retirement. The services offered are authentic, which will make it easier for you to generate profit.
There is no info on their website on what IRA custodian they are partnered with, and will connect you with.
However, various competitors are available, so please wisely select the services that suit your needs the best.
Fees?
The cost of the coins and bars will depend on the market value of the metals, and the company will not change the original cost. You will have to pay $250 for your IRA account.
They have an offer on their website (right now) that they will waive your fees (for up to $250) for the first year if you sign up.

You can easily store your precious metals in an account that you can open with U.S. Money Reserve.
Can you sell back to the company?
Yes, you can sell back to the company, but the value will depend on the market value of metals.
What countries are allowed?
They are currently providing the services in Texas.
Do they have good support?
Something we put weight on when it comes to the quality of a particular company’s support system is if they got a live chat function on their website or not. Does U.S. Money Reserve have this? No, they don´t, which is a minus (at least in our book).
They do have e-mail and phone support.
Customer support is reliable, but some customers have complained that they do not attend the call (see links further up in this review).
Is U.S. Money Reserve a Scam?
So, is U.S. Money Reserve a scam? No, I do not think it is a scam. They got a real owner and also a real physical address. They have been in business for a long time now, and they wouldn´t have survived this long if they were a scam company, right?
However, if they are your best alternative out there is another story. Let´s have a look what ratings they got from the most well-known and trusted independent third party consumer protection agencies:
U.S. Money Reserve Reviews, Complaints & Ratings
BBB (Better Business Bureau)
Rating: (4.1 / 5) (from 29 reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
BCA
Rating: (4 / 5) (out of 7 reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)

Rating: N/A

Yelp
Rating: (1 / 5) (out of 4 reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
Reviewopedia

The conclusion from these ratings:
The consumer protection agency that I always put the most weigt on when it comes to their overall score is Trustpilot, without a doubt. The reason for this is because only real customers of a particular company can leave their testimonials there. As you can see above there is nothing to be found from the Trustpilot site about U.S Money Reserve, and I find that a bit weird, and also a potential red flag. Yes sure, they got a good overall score on BBB, BCA and Trustlink, on the other side, there is 10 complaints in the last 12 months to be found on the BBB site, and also complaints to be found on the other sites (see links above and examples below)
There are other gold dealers out there with HUNDREDS of (positive) reviews on the Trustpilot site, and also top-ratings on all of the above sites as well…
So, I don´t know about you but my advice would be that you look on different alternatives and compare them before you make any investment decisions.

Conclusion on U.S. Money Reserve
Verdict: Not recommended
Overall rating: (3.5 / 5)
U.S. Money Reserve provides its customers with reliable services, but there are no doubt some management and working process issues.
It has been noticed that they have listened and responded to most of the complaints. The company is trying to meet the customers’ demands and assure that all the complaints are resolved because that is the only way they can attract more customers.
They have various competitors in the industry and trying to expel them but before investing with U.S. Money Reserve, make sure that you consider the previous reviews from the customers.

Hi, first of all, thank you for your comment,
well, everything is not for everyone and I absolutely understand that you feel like this, it is not uncommon that people have fear to invest, and they should think both once and twice before they do.
So that is actually a good thing.
Thank you again for your comment,
/Sincerely
I never have really thought of to invest my money in precious metal but in hind-side it makes some sense to me.
Just in resent months the market is getting more and more erratic and I read years ago that having some investments in Gold, Silver is a good way to start anew if needed.
Not really sure if this is true but history has shown that it must be.
The review on U.S. Money Reserve sounds great and I like that it is legit. However, I am still a bit concerned that it isn’t accredited by the BBB.
