United Gold Direct has been in business for a long time and from some of the reviews, I found online their customers are satisfied and recommend them to others who are looking to buy gold. The fact that there are three reports filed at the Ripoff Report takes down the overall rating. If you are interested in reading more about this I suggest you do your own search and read what customers have reported.
Always do your own research based on what is important to you. Call the company up and ask questions. If they are a serious business they will answer your question with no strings attached. A company that really cares about its clients takes their time to make sure that they are well informed about the products and prices.

I bought (and paid) some Gold on Nov 17th, have sent them several emails (including Bank Transfer confirmation), and so far there is no reply at all… I am not sure what is going on but once thing I know, this is not the way to deal with such important business.
